1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AuralGate Studios and our studio rental services. By browsing the catalog, adding items to your cart, or submitting a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are requests until confirmed by email from [email protected].
- We may adjust room assignments for operational reasons while honoring listed specifications.
- You are responsible for arriving on time; overtime is billed in 30-minute increments where available.
3. Payments
- Rates are hourly, as listed in the catalog. Taxes and fees may apply.
- Deposits may be required for longer sessions or peak times.
- You agree to pay any overages, damages, or lost accessories at replacement cost.
4. Cancellations and Changes
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the session start time.
- Within 24 hours, 50% of scheduled hours are due; no-shows are billed in full.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same timelines.
5. Acceptable Use
- No illegal content or activities; comply with building and noise regulations.
- Treat rooms, neighbors, and staff with respect. Keep volumes safe and reasonable.
- Food and drink must be kept away from sensitive equipment.
6. Safety and Security
We maintain access control, surveillance in common areas, and safety procedures. Do not prop fire doors or tamper with security devices.
7. Personal Property
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Label all cases; arrange storage only with prior approval.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your recordings and performances. Do not infringe others’ rights when using our spaces.
9. Warranty and Liability
Services are provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected booking.
