How do I book a room?
Browse the catalog, open details, and add hours to cart. Proceed to the cart to finalize. We confirm by email from [email protected].
What is included in the hourly rate?
Room time, the listed backline, power, climate control, and on-site assistance. Premium microphones or instruments are indicated in each listing if included.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes. We provide DI and clean power. If you plan to bring loud sources or large racks, mention it in the booking notes to ensure safe load-in.
What about noise levels?
Our rooms are isolated and treated. We ask for mindful stage volume to protect hearing and keep a calm environment in shared corridors.
How do cancellations work?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior. Within 24 hours, we charge 50% of the scheduled hours. No-shows are billed in full. See Terms.
Is there assistance on site?
Yes. An engineer or studio host is available during open hours for patching help, headphone mixes, and basic troubleshooting.
Do you support podcasts and voiceover?
Absolutely. We have quiet tables, pop filters, and split monitoring. Many rooms are optimized for speech intelligibility.
Can I store a session between bookings?
Short-term storage is possible case-by-case. Ask support; we label and seal any stored items with a dated tag.
Is there parking and load-in access?
Most locations have curbside load-in and nearby parking. We provide carts and ramps where needed.
